My Mission
My mission is simple: to create a safe space where dental professionals can learn, practice, and refine the nuanced art of patient communication — from finding the clearest words to reading the nonverbal cues that build genuine trust.
That mission comes from a layered perspective. I’ve worked as a clinical hygienist, in payer relations within a large DSO, and on the dental insurance side — and my background in dental hygiene, psychology, and legal studies has given me a distinctive lens on human behavior.
